3. User Accounts and Registration

To use HoldSync, you must:

• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Calendar Access and Data

By connecting your calendar accounts to HoldSync, you grant us permission to:

• Read your calendar events to detect conflicts
• Create hold events on your calendars to prevent double-booking
• Monitor your calendars for [HoldSync] tagged events
• Store necessary data to provide the synchronization service

We do not store the content of your calendar events beyond what is necessary to provide the service. You can revoke access at any time through your calendar provider's settings.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

HoldSync offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Personal Plan: Up to 4 connected calendars, basic conflict resolution, advanced features, no ads
• Pro Plan: Unlimited calendars, team features, priority support

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HoldSync to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and comply with applicable data protection laws.

8. Service Availability
